Description

How to Custom Print Your Own Designs

  1. Choose your fabric base from the dropdown menu
  2. Enter the yardage you want to print
  3. Select the Repeat Type
  4. Enter the print file name(s) in the "Special Instructions" box and advise if NEW or REPRINT. 
  5. Complete checkout - we'll take care of the rest.

Submit NEW print-ready art files separately via WeTransfer or DropBox.

Print files are securely stored and do not need to be resubmitted for reprints.

File Setup & Artwork Requirements

  • Designs must be print-ready and sized exactly as you'd like them to print.
  • No resizing or edits will be made unless you specifically request it.
  • All base fabrics are white. If you want a colored background, include it in your design.
  • Resolution: 300 DPI
  • Color mode: RGB or Lab
  • File format: TIFF or JPG only
  • Engineered panels must fit within the printable width of your selected fabric.

File Upload Instructions

After placing your order, please send us your print-ready art file using Dropbox or WeTransfer

Be sure to include your order number in the file transfer message so we can match it to your order.

    My initial order was for 12 yards of fabric, and I was very pleased at the quick turn around and the quality of the printed fabric. Whil some of the fabric was off grain, which is typical of printed fabric, Nanette quickly gave me some good advice to remedy the situation. The second order was only for 4 yards as I needed extra fabric for a sleeve for my quilt as well as for fabric for the binding. Again, the fabric came in a time manner. My one issue was that the fabric color might not match my original printing but fortunately the two batches were identical. Nannette and the rest of The Textile District have been very patient with me throughout the ordering process, and I appreciate all the work they did for me. _______ Thank you for your review, Nancy!     I am creating a boxed computer text adventure game. Some games traditionally include a printed manual and sometimes a printed map. In rare cases the map is made of cloth. I invested multiple options from silk screening to thermal transfer when I happened upon this option. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The print turned out great. Better than anticipated. It also was a very low in cost compared to other solutions. I highly recommend.
