Turn your artwork into production-quality custom printed fabric with The Textile District. Choose from 15+ base textiles for apparel, quilting, home décor, upholstery, accessories and more—all printed to order in the USA.
Your artwork is transferred securely and reviewed by a real person before production. We check for common file and setup issues that could affect the finished result and contact you if something needs attention. If you need help with resolution, repeat, scale or fabric selection, we can help guide you before the file moves forward.
Start with One Yard—or Move Into Production
When color, scale or the finished appearance is especially important, start with a one-yard production-quality proof on the actual fabric you plan to use. Review the finished fabric, make any changes you want to your artwork, and order another proof if needed.
Because the proof is printed and finished using the same production process as larger orders, the fabric is fully usable for pillows, accessories, gifts, product samples and other finished goods.
Once you are satisfied with the result, move into larger production yardage using the approved file. Approved files are securely retained to make future reorders easier.
Professional Textile Printing & Finishing
Natural-fiber textiles are printed with OEKO-TEX® certified fiber-reactive dyes for rich color, crisp detail, a soft hand and excellent wash-and-wear performance. After printing, natural-fiber fabrics are steamed, washed and dried as part of the finishing process, so they arrive production-ready with no prewashing required before sewing.
Polyester and specialty fabrics are printed using processes appropriate to the fiber and intended performance of the textile.

How to Order
- Choose your base fabric from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the yardage you would like printed.
- Select Continuous Seamless Repeat or Fixed Placement Panel.
- Enter the exact print file name(s) in the Special Instructions field and indicate whether each file is NEW or a REPRINT.
- Complete checkout.
- Transfer new print-ready artwork separately via Dropbox or WeTransfer to info@thetextiledistrict.com.
New artwork is reviewed before production. If we identify a file or setup issue that may affect the printed result, we will contact you. We do not resize, recolor or otherwise alter artwork without your direction.
Artwork Requirements
- 300 DPI at final print size
- RGB or Lab color space
- TIFF or JPG format
- Seamless horizontal and vertical repeat for repeating designs
- Fixed-placement panels must fit within the printable width of the selected fabric
- All base fabrics have a white ground; include any desired background color in the artwork file

Proofing & Reorders
A one-yard order can be used as a production-quality proof before larger yardage is ordered. If you want to make changes after reviewing the printed fabric, correct your file and order another proof before proceeding.
Approved production files are securely retained for future reorders, so unchanged files do not need to be resubmitted.
Production & Fulfillment
All fabric is printed to order. Standard turnaround is approximately 10–12 business days.
Orders of 3 yards or more ship rolled to help minimize folds and creases.
Volume production and white-label fulfillment are also available. If you need direct-to-customer shipping, international fulfillment or have other production requirements, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss your needs.
