Shipping & Returns

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International orders are accepted, so please contact us if you have special needs.

Because there are so many variables to consider when calculating the cost of shipping, we recommend you create a price quote for the items you are considering to purchase. You can estimate the shipping cost by adding items to your cart, and proceeding to the Your Cart page where you can review your order before submitting for payment. You will not be charged unless you submit your order.

All orders ship FOB plant via FedEx Ground, and will require a minimum of 5-7 days of transit time, depending on the destination of your shipment.

All shipping charges are your responsibility, unless waived by The Textile District. Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed prior to finalizing your order. The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

All orders are shipped FOB plant. Title to products passes from The Textile District to you upon shipment and we are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once the product has been shipped. Shipping insurance can be added upon request, and will be included in your invoice or invoiced separately.

Since all of our fabrics are printed "on demand" just for you, we do not accept returns unless we make a mistake. Thank you for understanding. Please visit our Returns Policy page for full details.
